Owen Meadows
Owen Meadows is a New York City based sound designer for theatre. Originally from Maui, Hawaii, he has had the opportunity to design and work across the United States and abroad. Owen’s experience spans regional works, audio dramas, all the way to Broadway. As a designer he is a deep believer in a unified dramaturgical approach, creating content, music and sound systems that fit the unique storytelling of each production. He has a deep love for new work development and working on fresh and relevant stories. Owen is a proud member of United Scenic Artists Local 829.
Current Work
Days of Wine and Roses
Owen served as the associate sound design to Kai Harada for Broadway’s Days of Wien and Roses. Running at Studio 54 Through April 28th
Hercules
Owen is currently working as associate sound designer on Disney’s Hercule’s The Musical. Opening March 25th at the Neue Flora Theatre in Hamburg, Germany .
